MISSION

Delivery of books
The books purchased by the customer will be delivered to the address that the customer states during registration as the delivery address. A copy of the sales invoice and shipping note will also be provided to the customer. Deliveries will be made upon receipt, with the recipient's signature on the relevant documents.

Shipping/Delivery Time

The on-house.com online store's main concern is its customers' efficient and fast service. Orders are shipped by our company on the next working day (morning time) from the day of your order, as long as they are registered by 19:00 on a working day and there is no problem with availability or other reason for delay.

The delivery time of orders within Greece depends on the courier company but is usually 1-3 working days. For shipments to remote, inaccessible areas, the delivery time may be extended by four working days.
If a book is not immediately available, you will be informed in good time by the orders department of the estimated delivery time. You will also be notified by email or phone if a book has sold out and is no longer available. The confirmation of the availability of the books takes place on the next working day. As long as you have been informed about the book's unavailability, your order will automatically be canceled.

Returns Service

If you wish to return the book, email it with the subject "Return Request" within 14 days of receipt and provide the required information.

Once our staff has reviewed your request, you will receive a notification by e-mail and/or phone call to approve the return and instructions on how to ship.

You must ship the book(s) within 3 days from the request's approval date.

There are no refunds for e-books.

Book Changes

GENERAL CONSUMER SECRETARIAT: The right to return a product is recognized by law only if purchased defectively. Therefore, as long as the product is not defective, it is up to the store's policy.

We expressly state that defective products can only be refunded or replaced when purchased from the online store to avoid abuse.

  1. If the book you received does not match the book you ordered, you must register an email with the subject "Return Request" within 14 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of the request's approval.

Defective book

If the book you received is defective, you must register an e-mail with the subject line "Return Request" within 14 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days of the request being approved.

In these cases, the customer is not charged for the replacement.

The basic conditions for returning the book are:
1) The book must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

2) Send us your retail sales receipt or purchase invoice.
